We, Energie AG Oberösterreich, are a modern and efficient energy and service group. As a provider of electricity, gas, heating, water, waste disposal and ICT services, we operate more than 70 power plants (including hydropower, photovoltaics and wind) to the highest ecological standards and supply more than 450,000 customers with electricity via our 30,000 km long high- and low-voltage grid.

Through our current Startup Innovation Challenge, we are offering you a unique opportunity to tackle real problems in our industry that will help us operate more efficiently and build a sustainable future.In return, we'll provide you with our extensive data, the know-how of our experts and fund a proof of concept with up to €50,000. If your solution impresses us and is a perfect fit, a long-term partnership could be in the offing.

Startups can apply until end-January 2025! The companies selected will be invited to a pitching day at the PowerCenter in Linz on 26th February 2025.
