Our Imagine2030 Mobility Accelerator is live and accepting applications

The whole Sharkbite Innovation team is more than proud to announce that today, together with MotionLab.Berlin, we launched the Imagine2030 Mobility Accelerator.

Our program will award 30 scholarships – 15 for each cohort – specifically for early stage entrepreneurs and startups with innovative technology-related business ideas that contribute to the future of sustainable mobility. Applications are open now at www.imagine2030.eu. Deadline for applications is February 4th, 2020.

Imagine it is the year 2030...

...and your startup has played an essential role in achieving the United Nations global goals for social, economic, and environmental sustainability.

The Imagine2030 Mobility Accelerator run by Sharkbite Innovation in cooperation with MotionLab.Berlin will get you there!

What does it include?

The first cohort will kick-off in March 2020, when the Imagine2030 Mobility Accelerator will support 15 early stage founders in approximately six teams to start and build a business in sustainable mobility. The support program, which is based on the Berliner Startup Stipendium and organized and financed by the Berliner Senate and EFS (European Social Fund), includes: an individual startup scholarship of 2,000 EURs per month for each entrepreneur who holds their main residency in the state of Berlin; a six-month business building program with monthly trainings and meet ups for all teams; and a maker garage at MotionLab.Berlin for executing on visionary mobility ideas, with hardware and prototyping support. Automotive industry experts, courtesy of our partner Audi AG, will support our founders with their know-how and experience, providing access to their vast knowledge and networks.

Do you have an idea?

As we look for solutions to drive a system change for sustainable mobility, ideas from applicants to our program can span technologies to increase efficiency, transportation infrastructure and traffic management, renewable fuels, or innovation for alternative driving technologies – and any other topics which we have not even considered yet.

What can you expect?

The business building program with monthly training bootcamps will be led and executed by experienced innovation, business building and tech managers, coaches and mentors from Sharkbite Innovation and an impressive international network. The startup garage built and run by MotionLab.Berlin will give participants access to an amazing machine park, as well as regular hardware trainings.

The application deadline for our program is February 4th, the startup scholars will be selected by February 20th during our selection day, and the full-time support program commences on March 2nd. The application form and eligibility criteria can be found online on www.imagine2030.eu.

Together into a better future!
